What We're Looking For:

A detail-driven and service-focused Valet Presser to join our laundry team, dedicated to delivering impeccable garment care for both guest clothing and team member uniforms. This role blends precision pressing with excellent customer service, helping ensure every item returned is crisp, clean, and ready for wear. You'll be instrumental in upholding the standards that make our hospitality shine -- one expertly finished garment at a time.

  • Skilled in pressing various fabric types with accuracy and care

  • Service-minded, respectful, and professional when handling guest belongings

  • Efficient and organized, with strong time management and consistency

  • Team-focused and supportive of a smooth-flowing laundry operation

  • Committed to safety practices and maintaining equipment standards

What You Will Do:

  • Press and finish garments for guests and team members using steam presses, irons, and finishing equipment

  • Inspect items for stains, damage, or special handling instructions prior to pressing

  • Ensure proper settings and techniques are used based on fabric type and garment design

  • Handle garments with care, respecting guest expectations and condition of garment

  • Coordinate with Valet delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of pressing stations and equipment

  • Record and tag garments accurately for pickup and billing purposes

  • Report any equipment issues or garment concerns to supervisors promptly

  • Adhere to hygiene and hospitality standards in all garment handling procedures

  • Support laundry production team with folding, sorting, or packaging tasks when needed

Your Experience Includes:

  • Knowledge of fabric types, pressing equipment, and finishing techniques is required

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive garment tasks is required

  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation is required

  • Prior experience in pressing or garment finishing in a commercial or hospitality laundry is preferred

  • Familiarity with valet laundry operations, garment tagging, or billing systems is preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
