  • We offer competitive salary based upon education and experience between $51-56K

  • Schedule: Alternate/Full Time(10-6:30PM)

As an Assistant Director you will:

  • Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients

  • Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program quality and that the children's learning is effectively documented and visible

  • Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

What we hope you will bring to this role:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required with educational plan to complete bachelor's degree; Bachelor's degree highly preferred

  • At least three years of professional child care teaching experience required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

  • At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required
