- Operate the palletizer in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete and document QC sampling requirements (take lab samples as needed).
- Document damaged cases that need to be dumped.
- Complete assigned sanitation responsibilities and document as required by the Master Sanitation Progream to maintain area sanitation requirements.
- Keep accurate records of downtime reports, production pallet reports and pallet tickets for each production run.
- Maintain proper distribution of finished product from packaging room to cooler or trucks.
- Be a company certified user of material handling equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, high lifts and barrel trucks.
- Maintain proper amount of material for scheduled production run associated with palletizer. (Pallets, wrap, etc.).
- Assist other palletizer operators as needed.
- Bale cardboard as needed.
- Perform any other duties as designated by supervisor and/or management.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred
- Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
- Able to effectively work in a team environment
- Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
