This position is Fully Onsite. Your Role on our Team:

Production Control Analyst plays a key role in achieving supply chain objectives within the OBDC Network, supporting Milwaukee Tool initiatives and meeting customer expectations. This position focuses on optimizing order fulfillment and distribution planning, with an emphasis on demand vs capacity and meeting customer on time fill rates and related processes. The analyst will oversee all activities impacting order fulfillment to ensure operational excellence in our newly automated facility.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and leverage analytical metrics to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Partner with Distribution Center teams (Operations, Waving, Slotting, Inventory, Maintenance, IT) to optimize Order Fulfillment to meet Customer and Internal Transfers Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Fill Rate metrics
  • Utilize technology to create data-driven metrics and enhance process efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret data to deliver actionable insights that support team goals.
  • Create daily and weekly plans based on work mix and staffing
  • Maintain data accuracy and address immediate risks to plan
  • Research and implement tools to boost key performance indicators (KPIs) and streamline processes for internal and external customers.
  • Proactively highlight risks of non-compliance affecting customers and Milwaukee Tool.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, planning or related fields.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools preferred (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
