Job Summary The Downstream Marketing Manager drives the commercial success of Masimo's product portfolio by developing and executing marketing strategies that support sales growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. This role focuses on post-launch activities, leveraging market insights and cross-functional collaboration to maximize product adoption and deliver impactful marketing programs in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement downstream marketing strategies to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market share.
- Partner with Sales, Clinical, and Customer Service teams to understand customer needs and translate insights into effective marketing initiatives.
- Create and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities to support product positioning and differentiation.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform marketing plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Support product training and education programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with upstream marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs to ensure alignment and compliance across all activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries.
- Proven track record in downstream or product marketing, with demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes.
- Experience with market analysis, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and customer needs.

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 - $141,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
