Masimo is seeking a visionary and results-driven Supply Chain Leader to lead and optimize its global supply chain operations in support of its growing medical device business. They will be responsible for designing and executing a robust, scalable, and resilient supply chain strategy encompassing procurement, planning, logistics, distribution, and supplier relationship management. Job Summary The Supply Chain Leader is a key executive leader responsible for the strategic vision, operational excellence, and continuous transformation of Masimo's global supply chain. This role oversees all non-manufacturing supply chain functions-including procurement, planning, logistics, distribution, and supplier management-to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of products and materials worldwide. The Supply Chain Leader partners closely with executive leadership, manufacturing, quality, commercial, and R&D teams to align supply chain capabilities with Masimo's growth objectives and deliver outstanding value to customers and patients. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that optimizes procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution to support current and future business needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global supply chain organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring robust supplier selection, negotiation, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Drive demand and supply planning excellence, leveraging advanced analytics and forecasting tools to ensure optimal inventory levels and service reliability.
- Manage global logistics and distribution networks, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Champion digital transformation and technology adoption within the supply chain, including ERP, automation, and data analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes with broader business operations.
- Develop and manage supply chain budgets, driving cost optimization and working capital efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, trade, and environmental requirements across global supply chain operations.
- Represent Supply Chain on the executive leadership team, providing strategic insights and contributing to overall corporate strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries, with significant experience overseeing global, multi-site operations.
- Proven track record of driving supply chain transformation, implementing best practices, and achieving significant improvements in cost, service, and risk mitigation.
- Deep expertise in procurement, logistics, distribution, and supply planning, with strong knowledge of global trade and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and developing large, diverse global teams.

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $291,000 - $364,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 35% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
