Role Description & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systemes User Advocacy team is excited to announce we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office!

Are you are interested in gaining experience in both digital and advocacy marketing? If the answer is yes, we have an internship opportunity for you. The Marketing / User Advocacy Intern will help execute various marketing initiatives, from driving awareness and online sales to engaging with user advocates who are passionate about SOLIDWORKS.

You will join an ambitious, small team of smart professionals and help in the execution of various marketing initiatives - from driving awareness and online sales to engaging with user advocates who are passionate about SOLIDWORKS.

Your focus will be on the following:

SOLIDWORKS for Makers is a product sold online. As an e-commerce offer, you will help us execute our digital marketing strategy and gain insights into selling products online. Some projects that you may work on include: drafting organic social media posts, supporting our pay-per-click initiative, and helping with web site content, etc.

You will also help with SOLIDWORKS' user advocacy programs - contributing to projects related to the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network and Champion's program. You'll have an opportunity to engage directly with and help some of our most amazing user advocates who are passionate about SOLIDWORKS.

We love to test new ideas and will welcome your input on fresh and creative approaches to achieve our objectives.

Qualifications
  • An interest in both digital and advocacy marketing.
  • Microsoft office - excel, word, power point.
  • Social media.
  • Strong team player with ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
  • Strong project management skills/ability to work within established deadlines for deliverables with effective follow up if needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Go getter! Motivated to learn, ambition to drive results and surpass goals.
  • Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA for a minimum of 3 days a week.

    In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $21 - $24 per hour.
