Job Summary

The Sales Advisor - Brand Ambassador supports enrollment in the PowerReady Program, an initiative to expand electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure throughout New York City and Westchester. This role focuses on outreach to developers, contractors, and installers, with the goal of expanding the contractor network and contributing to clean energy and sustainability efforts. The Advisor represents the program at events, tracks performance metrics, and supports various outreach initiatives as part of a collaborative, customer-focused team.

Job Responsibilities




  • Identify and engage new EV developers, contractors, and installers to enroll them in the PowerReady Program.



  • Meet individual and team performance metrics while maintaining a high standard of customer service.



  • Communicate program benefits and processes effectively using approved collateral and marketing tools.



  • Provide feedback to improve customer engagement strategies and marketing materials.



  • Represent the program at community and industry events, including setup and management of promotional displays.



  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and performance metrics.



  • Support E-Mobility brand visibility through merchandise and event participation.



  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and professional standards.




Job Requirements




  • 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred.



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.



  • Comfort using digital tools, software, and technology for communication and data tracking.



  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.



  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.




Education




  • High school diploma or equivalent required.




Work Experience




  • Prior experience in sales, outreach, or brand representation preferred.



  • Experience in clean energy, sustainability, or EV-related industries is a plus.




Additional Job Details




  • Work Location: 100% in-office, with travel to events and designated sites within NYC and Westchester.



  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; flexibility required for evenings and weekends.



  • Assignment Length: 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance.



  • Pay Rate: $34.62 per hour.



  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift materials for displays and event setup.



  • Interview Process: Three rounds - direct hiring manager, section manager, and department manager.
