The Workplace Operation & Experience Senior Manager is responsible for bringing Accentures global Workplace strategy to life through locally executed, high-impact delivery. This role empowers location leads to deliver world-class services by driving operational consistency, embedding standard processes, and fostering a culture of corporate hospitality. With a focus on four key goalsoperational excellence, health and safety, hospitality, and talent developmentthe Workplace Operation & Experience Senior Manager builds deep operational capability across all sites, from day-to-day operations to energizing local culture and enhancing the employee experience. Acting as a coach and escalation point, the Lead cultivates critical thinking, encourages problem solving, and promotes an inclusive, supportive environment where teams feel empowered and engaged. Through close collaboration with leadership, the role advances continuous improvement, leverages GenAI and global services to drive efficiency, and ensures the Workplace function is seen as a strategic partner in delivering value to our people, clients, and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate: with other Portfolio Leads to ensure delivery of local health, safety & security requirements, operational processes with a hospitality mindset and consistency aligned with global standards.
  • Operational Consistency & Excellence: Ensure uniform execution across the portfolio (multi-site model) by implementing standard processes, empowering local leads to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of Health, Safety, and Accountability: Embed health and safety as a core value through robust protocols, performance metrics, and a culture of ownership at all levels.
  • Achieve Financial Performance Targets: Meet and maintain financial goals for capital and operational expenditures, ensuring cost-effective service delivery aligned to business needs.
  • Implement and Manage Core Operating Systems: Leverage structured management systems and Quality Assurance programs to drive efficiency, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership: Build trust through transparent communication, proactive check-ins, and clear decision-making while guiding stakeholders through change and innovation.
  • Support Strategic Projects with Coaching & Insight: Provide guidance on complex projects (e.g., buildouts, decommissions) when requested, helping local leads develop while ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Champion One Accenture Culture: Promote inclusivity across office services, executive support, and technology teams by fostering collaboration and shared engagement at each location.
  • Develop and Empower Talent: Coach location leads in operational management, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen, while driving succession planning, upskilling, and resource alignment.
  • Create a Culture of Belonging and Growth: Establish environments where employees feel valued, empowered to ask for help, and motivated by purpose-driven work rather than level or pay alone.

Job Requirements:

  • Role requires approximately 20% travel

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Workplace Operations, Workplace Experience, Hospitality Operations, or Facilities Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service focused role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing cross-functional, matrixed, local and virtual teams

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
