The Business Relationship Director - Hospitality is a senior consultative field sales position within Spectrum Business. Individuals in this position are responsible for voice, data, managed services, and video network infrastructure sales within the national vertical sales segment focused on major brand hospitality customers. Develop and implement sales account plans for assigned portfolios, including clearly defined strategies that maximize revenue opportunities Build executive relationships in the named hospitality brands to develop creditability, brand recognition, and sales success nationally in concert with the local Spectrum sales teams Work with the named hospitality brands and internal organizations to acquire qualified/preferred vendor status Work with the named hospitality brands and internal organizations to negotiate and complete MSAs Leads efforts to cross functionally develop business cases when necessary to further development efforts to achieve brand standards Understands the communication needs of enterprise business clients and designs solutions to meet those complex business needs Conducts face-to-face consultative needs analysis interviews with prospective customers Prepares and presents professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals and objectives Self-generates leads through industry networking, trade shows, prospecting, and working defined "named account" lists Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $105,800.00 and $225,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $50,000.
