What will you do Under general direction from the HVAC Sales Manager, you are responsible for: * Sell Johnson Controls BE offerings to building/business owners. * Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to owners end users by providing business and technical solutions. * Build and manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with new accounts. * Position renewable service agreements as a foundation of managed account relationships. * Execute the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. How you will do it * Sell, with minimal supervision, the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently, and confidently to building/business owners while reaching optimal profit levels. * Focus on improving the building/business owner's existing and new facilities to allow the them to achieve their business objectives. * Sell, renew, and expand planned service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers. * Build partnering relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Control offerings. * Address customer's operational and environmental objectives needs and requirements. * Recommend solutions and link customer objectives to a total value solution and competitive advantage. * Differentiate Johnson Controls services and products from competitors by applying creativity, ingenuity, and innovation in a value-added sales approach. * Pursue new opportunities with an entrepreneurial spirit to expand Johnson Controls' service footprint for HVAC equipment and controls.
