Fox Run: The Center for Children and Adolescents, a subsidiary of UHS, is recruiting for a Dietary Supervisor. Shifts and hours for this position will vary.

Located in St. Clairsville (OH), this 100-bed facility thrives on passionate and dedicated personnel, while incorporating innovative technology and therapies for the betterment of our patients.

Job Requirements

The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of the Dietary Department which includes :

  • Providing nutritional and attractive meals for residents and facility employees
  • Maintaining an organized and sanitary environment
  • Monitoring supply inventories
  • Scheduling staff coverage for the department
  • Ensuring proper storage of food and supplies
  • Complying with all federal and state laws, rules and regulations of licensing agencies, and JCAHO standards for the quality of patient care
  • Will be on the schedule to perform all activities of the Dietary Department

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

Associates degree in food services related field preferred; certification, as a Dietary Manager strongly preferred.

Three (3) years of demonstrated responsible food service management experience, with at least two (2) years in a management or supervisory role preferred.

Candidates will be available for work during mornings, evenings, and weekends.
