Are you ready to become the go-to expert for developing, maintaining, and upgrading cutting-edge HR, Payroll, and Time Keeping Systems like UKG Workforce Dimensions (Kronos)? As an HR/Payroll Technology Specialist at Spectrum, you will gather requirements, conduct in-depth analysis, and modify configuration tables while coordinating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. In this pivotal role, you will support various HR applications, perform regular application security audits, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external audit teams, ensuring seamless operations across all HR technology platforms.
