The Regional Vice President of Small and Mid-Market Sales will lead and scale our small, midmarket sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and developing a high-performing sales team, and aligning midmarket sales strategy with broader organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of success in SAAS sales, deep experience in managing midmarket segments, and a passion for building scalable sales systems. Drive scale and profitability by appropriately professionalizing Reputation's go-to-market strategy and mid-market sales function Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the small and midmarket segment. Own revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy. Drive predictable, repeatable sales growth through process optimization and performance management. Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of sales managers and account executives. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to drive individual and team success. Drive sales and work with Marketing to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth Inspire customer success leadership to define and deliver on the customer value proposition, without sacrificing firm profitability targets. Maintain a customer-first focused organization Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics and performance expectations for their team Build and maintain strong relationships with key midmarket customers. Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS software environment. 5+ years building, scaling and managing SaaS teams Excellent leadership and mentoring skills Experience with driving a consultative sales approach Experience with sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, account management, marketing, channel and partner management, business planning, and sales support management in a global setting Demonstrated financial acumen and a history of decision making based upon business metrics. A track record of achieving and exceeding goals. Smart, entrepreneurial profile with strategic vision and a strong bias to execute. Ability to recruit, train, and motivate top-tier sales and revenue focused talent. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners, and key influencers. Facilitates an open exchange of ideas and fosters an atmosphere of open communication. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics Strong relationship management and negotiation skills Willingness to travel up to 50% to participate in executive sales presentations, tradeshows and corporate events.
