Job Description:

TITLE: Director of Business Development Americas

EMPLOYER: Satair USA, Inc.

LOCATION: Peachtree City, GA

DUTIES:Identify and close new business opportunities and ensure successful implementation of new business with internal stakeholders, build opportunity pipeline to meet and exceed targets. Prepare Business Partner-tailored pitch material before meetings and conduct Business Partner specific business analytics and design business solutions. Initiate and secure operational implementation of new OEM business into running operation (NPLI process), liaise and negotiate expansion of existing distribution agreements or new distribution agreements, including analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions. Responsible for maintaining dialogue with Business Partner/s on trends in the market and ensuring contract surveillance and compliance up to three months after implementation within Product Management including participation in business reviews with OEM Partners.

REQUIREMENTS:5 years in any job title involving experience working with aviation after market environment. Prior experience must also include: working in inventory and demand planning and performance improvements for assigned product scope; streamlining and improving demand forecasting, planning and relevant business practices; developing and implementing global planning policies and supporting tools; driving cross functional improvements and projects; driving growth through the expansion of existing and new upstream distribution and partnership agreements, managing opportunity pipeline from scan to contract execution; negotiating and closing multi-million new business deals across engine, nacelle and airframe spares and components. Telework benefit permitted up to 2 days per week. Up to 40% domestic and international travel required for business meetings.
