EnSafe continues to grow, and we are adding a Project Geologist to our Dallas Office, located in Farmers Branch, TX.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Geologist to support a diverse range of environmental projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to site investigations, feasibility studies, and the design and implementation of remedial solutions for both traditional and emerging contaminants, including PFAS and other complex environmental challenges.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Preparing work plans, Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) reports, and safety plans.
  • Coordinating and performing site assessments, including collecting groundwater, soil, surface water, and soil gas samples.
  • Providing design support for small- and large-scale remedial systems to address soil, groundwater, and vapor contamination at sites regulated under CERCLA, RCRA, and state programs.
  • Documenting field work and drafting technical reports.
  • Developing technical recommendations for site assessment/remedial activities.
  • Assisting with client management.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited college in geology or hydrology (advanced degrees preferred).
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of a Professional Geologist (P.G.) certification.
  • 40-hour HAZWOPER training and certification.
  • Experience with Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Strong working knowledge of and demonstrated experience managing site assessments in Texas Risk Reduction and Petroleum Storage Tank Programs.
  • Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (consulting experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Valid US driver's license.
