Your Opportunity as Vice President, Food & Beverage Sales- West, Frozen Handheld & Spreads Category & Customer Business Team We're seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Sales & CCB to join our Commercial leadership team. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Sales & Sales Commercialization, this role will lead a high-impact team across Sales, Commercialization, Revenue Growth Management, and Category Leadership. You'll be responsible for translating brand and customer strategies into actionable business plans that drive growth, executional excellence, and long-term strategic partnerships. Location: Orrville, Ohio - United States | Travel: 40%-50% (including Orrville Corporate Office, key customers, and team engagements) In this role your primary responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership
- Lead a large, cross-functional team with clarity, purpose, and inspiration.
- Establish a winning, inclusive culture focused on growth, accountability, and execution.
- Guide the Sales and Commercial teams with a strategic lens, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
Commercial & Customer Strategy
- Translate brand marketing strategies into go-to-market (GTM) plans across channels and customers.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts to align customer growth with overall brand and SBA strategies.
- Build and nurture strategic external partnerships to drive market share and profitability.
Execution & Insights
- Leverage data and emerging technologies to inform decisions and drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, category management, and sales planning to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and communicate key business trends including shipments, consumption, and financial performance.
Team Development & Collaboration
- Develop talent and organizational capabilities across geographies and functions.
- Act as the internal voice of Sales, advocating for customer needs and prioritizing initiatives based on industry and channel health.
- Foster collaboration across Sales, CCB, Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other key stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry
- 10+ years in strategic and executional sales leadership
- Proven success in retail sales, commercialization, and omnichannel environments
- Experience leading large teams (20+ indirect reports) and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience leading teams across multiple classes of trade including Walmart, Mass, Club, Dollar, Grocery and eComm
