As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for working on an assembly line with various materials and adhesives, visually inspecting, packing, and labeling finished parts for shipment, and performing secondary functions like trimming and dipping as needed. You'll utilize gauges, jibs, and other measuring devices, conduct simple equipment setups, operate machinery, handle material movement, assist with maintenance and inventory tasks, maintain records, and ensure manufacturing and storage areas are clean and organized according to 5S standards, prioritizing quality and safety. Qualifications: Previous experience and a high school diploma are required.
