Sales Enablement Consultant

Join Epicor as a Sales Enablement Consultant! The Sales Enablement Consultant supports the sales team with valuable insights, training, and resources to drive Growth and Revenue Impact. Embraces ambiguity and steps outside defined responsibilities to drive growth and revenue impact. Brings a flexible, solutions-first mindset to evolving team needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and initiatives.

  • Coordinating or delivering virtual and live training sessions, webinars, or onboarding programs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales process improvements.

  • Assist in the development of sales playbooks, scripts, and presentations.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams.

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.

What you will likely bring:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement in ERP environments preferred

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and processes (SalesForce, Monday.com, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency preferred).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to develop engaging training content.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, consulting, or operations teams

  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on driving sales effectiveness.

  • 3+ years applicable experience.

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Range:

Minimum: $50,000 USD Maximum: $130,000 USD
