Service Coordinator

Responsibilities :



  • Work with both internal and external customers to coordinate service work.
  • Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their service needed, finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted result.
  • Communicate with external customers on a regular basis about job status, operations, customers need, and more.
  • Offer both billing and collects support which is an integral part of the company's financials.
  • Manage all customer service repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, ordering parts, subcontractor management, startup management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing.
  • Maintain great relationship with customers by providing best-in-class customer service and ensure all service requirements are met.
  • All other duties assigned.



Qualifications:



  • Associate degree in related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in project coordination.
  • Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.
