Consumer Lending Experience Owner

The Lending Innovation team is helping to evolve lending at Key by advancing technology and process. For this to be successful, the Consumer Lending Experience Owner plays a critical role in the influence, implementation and success of the technologies (new and existing) and processes (new and existing) that are the cornerstone of lending.

Specifically, this includes collaborating with the Consumer Lending Strategy Team, Innovation team, KTOS teams (both development and within the CLC) to incrementally deliver a technology and process roadmap, to apply continuous improvement methodologies, to make data-driven decisions and utilize project management disciplines in support of the relaunch of consumer lending at Key.

The Consumer Lending Experience Owner is also a member of the Lending Innovation leadership team and as such is expected to be a culture carrier across the team.

Responsibilities

* Translate product strategy and lending KPI's into an actionable technology and process roadmap

* Perform an assessment of current-state technology and operational processes, including process mapping and documentation to identify improvement opportunity recommendations

* Collaborate and partner with KTOS teammates through delivery of a dynamic but incremental lending roadmap

* Deliver outcomes advancing the roadmap including new ways-of-working, technology deliverables and a backlog in support of both

* Work both independently and collaboratively on understanding challenges and arriving at solutions

* Execute iteratively, leveraging a "test-and-learn" approach, to identify product risks and deliver value quickly

* Facilitate change-management and quality-improvement initiatives with the goal of standardized and consistent quality and organizational effectiveness in partnership with the Lending Business Performance, CLC, and sales team.

* Embrace and role model Innovation leadership principles including agile methodologies, continuous improvement and growth mindset, respect, empowerment and enablement of teammates

* Provide thought leadership and culture leadership as a member of the Innovation leadership team

Preferred Experience

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

* 5+ years of experience managing multiple products and/or projects at a time

* 5+ years of experience working in lending or equivalent demonstration of lending proficiency

* 2+ years of experience working with technology teams

* 5+ years of experience in highly regulated industries collaborating with risk & compliance partners

* Strong skills in analysis, reporting, data gathering and interpretation

* Strong communication skills to foster a common understanding of strategic and tactical goals with an attention to detail and "work out loud" philosophy to foster collaboration and buy-in.

o Story-telling through roadmaps, process mapping experience

* Strong problem-solving ability; uses rigorous logic and methods to find the right answers and extract strategic insights from large data sets

* Passion for leading and developing people, creating followership and advancing Key's culture

* Passion for the customer experience and acting as a change agent

* Demonstrated horizontal collaboration across multiple stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, including coordinating multiple resources to support strategy/program development

* Strong experience in developing tailored strategies based on customer needs, preferences, and practices

* Digital Product Experience/CSPO a plus

* Continuous improvement and/or Lean Six Sigma experience a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Equal Pay Posting Language

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $135,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
