• Bachelor of Science in Dietetics or any health or food related field.
• Must be actively enrolled in the UAMS College of Health Professions, Department of Dietetics and Nutrition.
• Demonstrated academic progress and commitment to the field of dietetics and nutrition.

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

• Participates in supervised training, projects, or assignments as required by the Dietetics and Nutrition program.
• Assists with research, data collection, and analysis relevant to dietetics and nutrition practices.
• Supports faculty and staff in educational or community outreach initiatives.
• Complies with program policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all professional activities.
• Engages in interprofessional collaboration to enhance clinical and community-based nutrition services.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support the goals of the program and department.
