Job Title: Commercial Loan Processing Supervisor

Overview:

We're looking for a Commercial Loan Processing Supervisor to lead the team behind our commercial, leasing, and retail loan documentation. If you're a strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for coaching others, this may be the perfect fit.

Day in the Life: Every day you'll lead a group of Commercial Loan Processors and a Leasing Specialist, making sure loan packages are complete, compliant, and processed on time. You'll act as the key connector between lenders, credit officers, and your team to keep everything moving toward a smooth closing. You'll guide your team, manage workloads, and look for ways to streamline processes and improve the client experience.

What It Takes:

• Experience in commercial loan processing or financial services
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills
• Knowledge of commercial loan products, systems, and documentation
• Ability to prioritize and keep teams on track under tight deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Fiserv Premier, nCino, e-signature, LaserPro, Director, etc.
• Project management experience
• Lending or other accreditations
