Position Summary:

The purpose of the Senior Manager, Channel Sales position is to develop and grow current and new opportunities within Channel Business for Dollar Stores( Family Dollar, Dollar General & Dollar Tree, Five Below) Drug ( CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens), DIY, Home Improvement( Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware), Sporting Goods Stores( Runnings, Dicks, Dunham's, Dicks, Bass Pro Shop, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Ollies), Electronic Stores, Tractor Supply and many other opportunities within the different Channel segments. Playing a crucial role in our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:




  • The role is responsible for day-to-day selling activities across the customer base, coordinating other responsibilities as needed, and managing broker relationships.


  • Develop a comprehensive target list for Channel Sales, focusing on Dollar Stores, Drug, Sporting Goods, DIY, and Home Improvement sectors.


  • You will be responsible for achieving overall sales, growth, and profitability objectives for Carl Buddig.


  • Travel to Customers for Sales Calls, 40-50%.




Knowledge and Experience:



  • Deep understanding of channels.


  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.


  • Knowledge of building Go-to-market plans for each customer.


  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.


  • Skilled in developing targeted customer-specific presentations to assist in growing business.


  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.



Pay range for this position is $140,000 to $145,000 depending on experience.

Benefits for this role include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Vacation & PTO, and Tuition Reimbursement. There is also a potential for a discretionary bonus this bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
