Responsibilities

What's the Scoop? As our Facilities Manager, you'll be the superhero behind the scenes, ensuring that our facility is in tip-top shape! You'll lead our amazing housekeeping and maintenance teams, tackle everything from plumbing to painting, and make sure our space is compliant with health and safety regulations. Plus, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to our vehicles, shipping, receiving, and inventory.

What You'll Be Rockin':

  • Team Leadership: Interview, hire, and train our awesome staff. You'll be their mentor, motivator, and problem-solver!
  • Maintenance Maestro: From HVAC systems to landscaping, you'll keep everything running smoothly and looking fabulous.
  • Safety Superstar: Ensure our facility meets all fire codes and safety standards. You'll be the one keeping us safe and sound!
  • Contractor Coordinator: Manage relationships with outside contractors, making sure they deliver top-notch work on time.
  • Vehicle Virtuoso: Keep our fleet in prime condition, scheduling maintenance and ensuring safety checks.
  • Shipping & Receiving Wizard: Handle mail and packages like a pro, making sure everything arrives in style!
  • Inventory Guru: Keep our supply closet stocked and ready for action!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' facilities maintenance management experience.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission regulatory standards and practices.
  • Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Calendaring, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
