The Disability Services and Student Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating support services for students with disabilities at Thomas College. This role will ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act while fostering an inclusive and accessible learning environment. The Coordinator will be a member of the Student Affairs team, reporting to the Dean of Student Affairs, and will work collaboratively with students, faculty, and staff to provide accommodations and promote awareness of disability-related issues. Occasional evening and weekend work required.

The qualified candidate will evaluate, process, and implement reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities; provide direct support and advising to students regarding academic accommodations, assistive technology, and self-advocacy. The qualified candidate will also develop and deliver workshops and training sessions for students, faculty, and staff on disability awareness and accessibility.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work or a related field (Master's preferred). Must have a minum of two years of experience in disability services or related field. Must have a strong knowledge of disability laws, including ADA and Section 504.
