Sr. Director, Inside Client Partner

The Senior Director leads a team of Inside Sales Client Partners responsible for selling Infor Professional Services to accounts in the Public Sector and Healthcare industries. The role focuses on revenue generation, territory planning, and team management. Responsibilities include sales execution, pipeline oversight, coordination with internal stakeholders, and talent acquisition and retention. The position requires experience in sales leadership within enterprise software or professional services.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage, and develop a team of Inside Client Partners focused on services sales
  • Oversee pipeline creation, sales execution, and forecasting within assigned markets
  • Align territory planning and customer engagement strategies with internal stakeholders in Sales, Consulting, and Delivery
  • Participate in customer meetings to support strategic deals and account planning
  • Track and report on performance metrics related to bookings, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
  • Implement sales process standards, CRM usage expectations, and territory coverage models

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience managing sales teams in a professional services or enterprise software environment
  • Experience with ERP systems and services sales
  • Experience with Public Sector or Healthcare accounts
  • Experience developing sales plans and managing sales performance metrics
  • Experience managing sales cycles and coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and retaining sales talent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SaaS or cloud-based services
  • Experience using value-based or consultative sales methods
  • Experience selling into government or healthcare organizations
  • Experience creating or improving inside sales processes
  • Experience with CRM systems for pipeline and forecast management
