Job Description

We are seeking aTechnical Program Manager to serve as a seasoned Engineer with strong M&S program management background to join our dynamic organization in a role focused on supporting Programs in strategic leadership Software Engineering processes and approach. This position holds the high level of complexity, with responsibilities spanning technical and non-technical domains, and includes oversight of strategic programs, MBSE engineering, MDA, USSF and SBIR programs, budget and schedule management, and long-term growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership in M&S Programs, software engineering, financial management, contracts, program execution, and team development. A deep understanding of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) System Engineering is essential, as the role includes responsibilities in performance and operational functions across multiple locations.

This is a highly visible position with primary responsibility for complex engineering, integration of systems and software engineering practices in support of the Leadership team committed to evolving and optimizing critical programs.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide strategic leadership for the execution of complex programs, including acquisition contracts and high-level technical initiatives.
  • Support senior leadership in shaping long-term growth, current and merging technologies with potential future M&S development and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of M&S Engineering vigor and excellence.
  • Provide and support foundational digital enterprise architecture and modeling and simulation-based infrastructure
  • Provide SME analysis and input to current and future programs in support of initiatives
  • Oversee aspects of cost, schedule and performance of programs engineering requirements to include Engineering Programs and Projects, business and financial operations, contract management, budget forecasting, financial reporting, risk assessment, and planning.
  • Ensure organizational goals and vision are aligned to business performance deliverables while proactively identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.
  • Coordinate across teams and locations to ensure timely and effective delivery of mission-critical support services.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts for new technology or follow-on business acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in engineering or business preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years program related experience in related areas with at least 10 years functional or program management experience.
  • Security Clearance: TS/SCI is required to start.
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles, with a focus on M&S Programs, Projects, acquisitions, business operations, financial management, contracts, and program execution.
  • Expertise in the Modeling and Simulation engineering lifecycle, including system design, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience in leading diverse, cross-functional teams and driving results across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a history of working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging with high-level defense officials and prospective clients.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor and guide less-experienced staff, and potential for supervisory role
