Description
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will lead and oversee multiple complex projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves acquiring resources, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors, and optimizing project management processes. Additionally, the Project Manager will mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise, while continuously improving existing procedures. Key Responsibilities
Key Deliverables
This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least5-10% of the time, within 48 hours of being asked to come on-site, andas needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary. Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500- $227,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between $102,500 -$130,000 annually of this range. Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science degree in IT or a closely related discipline. * Minimum 8-15 years' experience in Project Management * PMP Certification (Preferred not Required) * Exceptional skills at report writing and making technical presentations * Proven skills in managing Large and Complex projects * Ability to manage multiple fast-paced technical projects * Ability to be a team player willing to cooperate and coordinate with other technical staff * Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative Environment. * Technically competent with various software programs, such as Project, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. * Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. * Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. * Strong written and oral communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills.
