Description

The position is primarily responsible for providing customer service with accurate financial services that City Bank has to offer using an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Accurate knowledge of policies and procedures are required. This position requires processing transactions for customers and finding ways to simplify their banking needs.
Essential duties

Process financial transactions promptly and accurately, on camera, through Interactive Teller Machines (i.e., deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, etc.)
Serve the customer in a comfortable, professional, and friendly manner through video while prioritizing client needs and provide exceptional customer service
Actively listen and communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues
Upholds understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and procedures
Assure confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures as required.
