Global Banking & Markets - Salt Lake City - Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration - 7772644

Job Duties: Associate, Client Onboarding & Configuration with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Perform system integration testing, reporting, and development tasks to onboard clients launching new funds with Goldman Sachs as Prime Broker. Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Alteryx for performance tracking and publishing monthly metrics. Work with Sales, Client Service Reps, Operations Middle Office and Engineering teams to address post fund launch queries for clients and own, solve, and support Cash Management access within the Prime Brokerage business units. Partner with Engineering teams to design, build and operate effective controls in a Straight Through Processing environment for risk management and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by analyzing trends with business strategy implications. Maintain all client technology related communications during operational incidents, blend technical and business intelligence data to support recommendations to business on Client Onboarding and Cash Management processes.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with the following: utilizing operations tools and technologies specifically developed to identify process flaws and propose solutions to maximize efficiency; documenting and translating technical requirements and communicating them to team members and internal stakeholders; using Microsoft Office, Advance Excel and JIRA tool to manage project documentation and track project progress; and working on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines and with various stakeholders and communicating project status updates along with a road map on key initiatives planned to the senior stakeholders.
