    Competitive Salary: $130k - $145k/year depending on location, education, experience, and certifications.

Responsibilities

A Typical Day Might Include:
  • Demonstrate leadership by independently planning and executing tasks that involve critical judgment in evaluating and selecting building materials, systems, and design methods.
  • Innovate by devising new approaches to problems and developing substantial adaptations and modifications to standard architectural techniques and procedures.
  • Independently perform assignments with instructions as to general results expected; Exercises sound judgment to resolve problems but may receive architectural guidance on unusual or complex facility designs.
  • Performs specific phases of work on major projects or total architectural responsibility on projects of small or moderate scope in this leadership growth position.
  • Lead the drafting effort on projects, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure the quality of completed drawings in this leadership growth position.
  • Knows local, state, and federal building codes, OSHA compliance requirements, and has a working knowledge of site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering systems, methods, and general details in this leadership growth position.
  • Uses knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, building materials, and construction techniques to finalize project documents for bidding and construction purposes in this leadership growth position.
  • Responsible for the final content of architectural project specifications in this leadership growth position.
  • Engage in client interactions and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Assists in the integration of all disciplines of the project(s) in this leadership growth position.
  • Travel is required.


Qualifications

Qualifications You'll Need on Day One:
  • Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, an NCARB Certificate, and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience who is eager to take on a leadership role.
  • Must possess a valid license to practice architecture.
  • Experience with implementing LEED projects with a minimum gold certification preferred.
  • Experience with battery plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing, mission-critical facilities (including data centers) is a plus.
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is required. Experience with Navisworks is a plus, rendering capability and knowledge of other 3D platforms is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license required. May be waived for international assignments.
