We have an exciting opportunity available for an initiative-taking individual to join the Padagis team as a Senior Returns Coordinator in our Allegan, MI office. This pivotal position involves managing the returns process within the generic Rx pharmaceutical industry, focusing on logistical errors, discrepancies, shipping issues, and adverse events. The role emphasizes strict adherence to company policies and compliance with industry regulations. The position will report directly to the Manager of Returns and will be a valued member of the finance team.

This hybrid role includes working three days in the office and two days remotely, collaborating closely with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job duties:



  • Manage and process returns related to logistical errors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Handle product recalls with precision and efficiency, coordinating efforts to minimize disruption
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all return transactions and recalls
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Quality Assurance, to resolve issues promptly and enhance service delivery
  • Develop, implement, and automate process improvements to streamline return operations and increase efficiency
  • Research and resolve customer deductions related to returns in a timely manner, ensuring accurate reconciliation and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor trends and gather feedback related to returns and recalls informing continuous improvement initiatives


Minimum qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in returns management, logistics, finance or related field, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills, ablity to consistently meet multiple deadlines and priorities without compromising accuracy or attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate problems, uncover root causes, and develop actionable resolutions
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration


Preferred qualifications:



  • Associate's degree in business, Finance, or related field
  • SAP and/or Vistex experience
