Job Description

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst for our corporate Quality Assurance 965 Department based in Lenexa, KS. The position will report to the Director of Quality and require working alongside Quality Managers, Regional Quality Managers, Branch Quality Engineers, project quality teams, and Product Line Specialists to provide support on all quality matters, focusing primarily on continuous improvement initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) by analyzing key performance indicators to discover trends and identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities will include:



  • Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating the Quality Management System key performance indicators
  • Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen Events, etc.)
  • Assisting in updating the Company Quality Manual and product line quality plans and maintaining the affiliated logs
  • Assisting with determination and planning of Quality Management System objectives
  • Assisting in preparing and leading external and internal audits of the Quality Management System
  • Assisting with creation and maintenance of product line quality plans, procedures, and forms
  • Assisting in coordinating, uploading, and tracking quality training and maintaining affiliated logs
  • Soliciting customer feedback on PCG's Quality Management System
  • Assisting with maintaining the QMS nonconformance & observation logs, as required
  • Assisting with completion of Quality Incident Reports and Audit Finding Reports while maintaining affiliated logs
  • Circulating Corrective Action Requests and Preventive Action Requests and maintaining affiliated logs
  • Assisting with updates and maintenance of the department's intranet, including newsletter and product line QMS pages
  • Assisting with internal product recalls and quality alerts, including circulation of updates and maintenance of affiliated logs
  • Perform any additional quality tasks as needed


Basic Requirements



  • Must have 3-5 years' experience with quality assurance, quality control, and ISO 9001 standards
  • Must have 5 years' experience working within manufacturing or commercial/industrial construction industry
  • Must have an associate's degree or higher education
  • Must have technological proficiency and experience with data analysis and/or reporting
  • Must have the ability to travel up to 30-40%
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to recognize and act upon risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creative and innovative thinker who demonstrates a solutions-oriented mindset and adapts quickly to changes and obstacles
  • Collaborative and engaging team player who builds positive relationships and contributes to a productive work environment
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Displays consistent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and organization skills
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptually, connecting intricate details to broader organizational goals and outcomes
  • Proven track record of success working both independently and within a team
  • Highly motivated and self-directed professional with a strong work ethic and proven record of reliability and accountability
  • Ability to positively foster, influence, and manage change
  • Must have a passion for continuous improvement of products and services, maintaining consistency, and promoting quality throughout the organization


Preferred Requirements



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with Procore Construction Management Software is highly preferred
  • Degree disciplines in business administration, quality, industrial engineering, and construction sciences are preferred
  • Certifications related to quality, safety, or manufacturing (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, etc.)
  • Fluency in Spanish
