The Talent Community Development function is a strategic pillar within ASML's Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem. It focuses on proactively sourcing and engaging niche technical and leadership talent to ensure a 'ready-now' pipeline aligned with future business needs.

Role and Responsibilities

The Talent Community Development Lead will design and implement strategies to source, build, and engage a pool of high-potential candidates for technical and leadership roles. Reporting to the Talent Engagement Leader, this role ensures alignment of talent pipelines with business needs, maintaining a 'ready-now' candidate pool.

  • Design and execute strategies to cultivate pipelines of niche technical and leadership talent
  • Partner with key stakeholders including Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and TA Delivery Leaders to understand future talent needs while securing partnership and buy-in for talent strategies and initiatives
  • Develop engagement plans to maintain relationships with passive candidates
  • Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness, refining strategies to improve pipeline readiness
  • Develop a multi-channel engagement strategy to build the company's brand in technical and leadership communities
  • Cultivate industry partnerships to expand the company's presence
  • Represent ASML at industry events to strengthen our employer brand
  • Monitor industry trends in niche technical and leadership hiring and development
  • Track pipeline conversion rates and manage data effectively
  • Evaluate candidate engagement activities by tracking interactions and feedback
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in sourcing techniques and community engagement strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the team, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Provide guidance on strategic projects, contributing to the development of team skills
  • Travel as needed to other ASML locations or external events

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Over 10 years in talent sourcing, pipeline development, or talent community strategy, with success in technical or leadership pipelines.
  • Expertise in market intelligence, talent mapping, and trend analysis required.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
  • Skilled in building and managing long-term talent pipelines in specialized or high-tech areas.
  • Experienced in creating and implementing community engagement strategies for sustained candidate interest.
