We are seeking an experienced and strategic Application Team Lead to drive a high-impact digital transformation initiative supporting one of our Army customers. This role will lead the planning, development, and integration of advanced digital systems, oversee a cross-functional team and align closely with cybersecurity and data governance standards. To thrive in this role, you will use your strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills to work in a highly cohesive team.

As the primary liaison between development teams, leadership, and oversight committees, the Application Team Lead will be responsible for managing project execution, cost management, schedules, vendor relationships, and system integration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, agile project leadership, and a deep understanding of government cybersecurity frameworks and data governance. Required

• BS or BA degree
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of experience in delivering DoD Hardware and Software solutions
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to research, troubleshoot, and determine solutions
• Some Travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance

Desired

• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Project tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and data integration platforms.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance best practices.
• Experience leading and collaborating with developers and testers
