Process Center Associate (First Shift)

About the Role:

The Process Center Associate processes orders to facilitate the flow of work within or between departments to expedite production on a pre-determined schedule.This is a full-time position with the hours of 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday. Starting hourly wage of $19.00/hr

About You:

• Excellent attention to detail:

• Assistwithestablishing priorities based on ship method and/or order volume.

• Monitor sales orders for ship methods or delivery specifications

• Record transmission transactions

• Track status ofpackages leaving the facility

• Process and print test orders and providefeedback

• Ensure sales orders are prioritized for on-time delivery and all materials are available

• Monitor orders for back order status

• Ensure that materials are prearranged for production

• Responsible to create and analyze a number ofshipping reports

• Good communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships:

• Communicate volume spikes, system issues orother potential setbacks while in production

• Communicate with managersand assist with addressing order issues

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of experience in a production area environment

• Proficient in AS400

• Basic computer knowledge
