Temple University's Athletics Department is searching for a Director of Women's Basketball Operations. Job Summary: Under the guidance of the Head Basketball Coach, the Director of Women's Basketball Operations is responsible for managing all office administration and digital media functions for the Women's Basketball program. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of daily office and game day activities, providing direction and supervision to staff as needed. Specific duties include overseeing the annual Women's Basketball budget; coordinating all aspects of team travel, staff travel, campus visits, and admission activities for home games; supervising game contracts and procurement of equipment; serving as a liaison with athletic administrative offices; overseeing invoices and purchase orders; collaborating with the Athletics digital media team on Women's Basketball social media efforts; creating graphics as needed; supervising externs and interns; and performing other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree; three or more year's related experience. Direct experience and success with the management of an intercollegiate sports program. Demonstrated experience in social media. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Preferred:
