Description
As a part of a diverse community of faculty and staff who represent many faith systems and worldviews, Marian University seeks an Assistant Track Leader to promote our Catholic Franciscan mission and identity by serving as a leader within one of our tracks within the Missionary Disciples Institute. As an assistant track leader, this role will be serve as someone who accompanies youth as they journey through the missionary disciples' institute, developing their mission plans, and dream about how they can lead their communities back home. Assistant track leaders will work alongside the track leader (faculty staff member at Marian University) and college mentors (current Marian University college students) to develop track sessions focusing on a particular ministry of the church. An assistant track leader is someone who is a self-starter and especially a key collaborator on their track team. Assistant track leaders need to be someone who is able to present Marian University in a positive and professional way to diverse populations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
