TSC is seeking a highly motivated Director of Operations to lead the integration of common processes, capabilities, and infrastructure across its four main P&L divisions. This role will focus on aligning engineering practices, risk and configuration management, quality systems, and integrated tools and workflows. Serving as a key liaison between corporate and divisions, the Director will drive improvements in metrics, dashboards, and data integration to enhance communication and alignment with senior leadership. The position requires strong collaboration across corporate and division leadership to streamline operations and accelerate decision-making. Reporting directly to the COO, this role is also responsible for maintaining and presenting key performance metrics to Executive Leadership and the Board. This position may be performed remotely, with up to 25% travel required. Responsibilities to anticipate:
