Location: Central & Northern Alabama | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20.00 - $35.00/hour

A Advantage Air, a proud member of the Smart Care family, specializes in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, cooking, ice, and beverage equipment. We provide expert emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and new equipment sales across Central and Northern Alabama.

We are a professional, inclusive, and customer-focused organization, seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. Technicians must be comfortable working independently while delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients.

• Competitive pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle

• Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively

• Minimum 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience (Required)

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience (Required)

• Valid EPA certification (Required)

• Ability to travel to various jobsites as needed

• On-call rotation approximately every 6 weeks

• Occasional weekend work may be required
