Puget Sound Energy is looking for a experienced Quality professional to join our team! At Puget Sound Energy, you'll be part of the Pacific Northwest's leading utility provider, driving the transition to a sustainable energy future. The Quality Management team plays a vital role in supporting the safety and reliability of PSE's natural gas and electric infrastructure ensuring we are our customer's clean energy partner of choice. The QA Program Manager is responsible for overall design, execution and management of the quality assurance (QA) plan for PSE service providers/contractors that perform construction and maintenance on PSE's gas and electric transmission and distribution systems,. They will ensure that the QA plan is effective in maintaining the highest standards of contractor performance. The ideal candidate will provide Quality Management System and auditing expertise and consultation across multiple PSE departments in support of developing and improving internal and external quality management processes. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. This job is considered "safety sensitive" as defined in RCW 49.44.240 and is subject to pre-employment drug screening that includes screening for the presence of marijuana and marijuana metabolites. Develop and execute annual Quality Assurance (QA) plan for each service provider/contractor performing construction and maintenance on PSE's gas and electric T&D system
Drive continuous improvement and quality maturity

In line with company policies, this position is hybrid, in-person and remote. This position is expected to collaborate in person, as needed, with service providers and internal stakeholders throughout our service territory in support of job responsibilities. The pay range for this position is$91,100.00-$151,600.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
