ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous delivery of M365 services to sovereign cloud environments in collaboration with Site Reliability Engineering and partner engineering teams. Drive the engineering solutions, implementation design, and definition of overall strategy required to scale service operations and ensure uptime. Own large, complex product areas or platforms. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, from initial concept through launch and iteration. Ensure compliance with corporate and government security and reliability standards. Define and clearly communicate program strategy, drive multiple cross-team projects, and collaborate broadly to achieve program goals. Disseminate a common project culture and mindset by informing, communicating, and training teams about techniques, methodologies, and best practices. Engage directly with internal and customer stakeholders at multiple levels, supporting executive briefings and innovation partnerships. | |
