Working cross functionally, we perform a wide variety of automation, engineering, and manufacturing, tasks including root cause analysis, 3D modeling, mathematical simulation, and rapid prototype development.

How YOU will serve:

  • Improve and optimize existing automated systems.
  • Design and develop new automated systems.
  • Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and debug those programs.
  • Lead and develop skills of automation staff.
  • Research and recommend new technology.
  • Research and prototype advanced manufacturing methods.
  • Prepare specifications, documentation, and logic diagrams of programs.
  • Create system documentation including BOM, operational instructions, and maintenance schedule.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with other developers in technical solutions and implementation.
  • Adhere to timelines and excel in a fast-paced high-energy environment.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, Arduino, SQL, and ladder logic.
  • Knowledge of Test and Measurement techniques, including sensor technology, signal conditioning, and motion control.
  • Knowledge of basic machining techniques and tolerances
  • Experience designing in 3D CAD (NX and Solidworks preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of mechatronics incorporating hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).
