Job Description
The Label CofA Print Coordinator is responsible for managing the printing of Certificates of Analysis (CofA), GHS labels/inserts and product kit labels using ROBAR print database, Zebra, Epson and HP printers. This role ensures accurate label/COFA printing, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The coordinator will troubleshoot printer issues, maintain equipment, and collaborate with other teams to support production goals. Key Responsibilities: * Print Operations: Operate and configure ROBAR print database, Zebra, Epson and HP printers to produce CofA documents and labels, ensuring alignment with specifications. * Quality Control: Verify print accuracy, including text, barcodes, and formatting, to meet regulatory and client standards. Conduct regular quality checks. * Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printers to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly. * Data Management: Input and edit label/CofA data using ROBAR software to generate accurate CofA and label content. Maintain digital and physical records. * Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish printing supplies, such as ink, labels, and paper, to prevent production delays. Place orders for replacement supplies as needed. * Collaboration: Work closely with quality assurance, production, and logistics teams to prioritize print schedules and meet deadlines. * Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline printing processes and enhance efficiency without compromising quality. Shift: M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT Qualifications

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $22.17 - $34.65/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
