Through a combination of digital and signage-based media, we offer advertisers access to high-traffic, high-impact environments where messages get seen. Job Overview: We're looking for a driven and strategic Advertising Sales Account Executive with a strong hunter mentality to generate new advertising revenue across our ATM-based media network. This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract and secure new clients who are interested in advertising at FCTI-managed ATMs digital toppers. This is a full sales cycle role - from prospecting to closing to campaign execution. You'll partner closely with our Senior Director of Sales to ensure each campaign aligns with client goals and company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new advertising sales revenue by proactively identifying and securing new advertising clients across a range of industries.
- Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Educate clients on the unique value of our ATM-based digital and signage advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to clients and senior leadership.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and evolving advertising technologies.
- Coordinate with programmatic platforms and direct partners to optimize ad placements and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (including CPM), and deliver detailed reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in advertising sales, with a focus on digital, OOH, and retail media networks.
- A true hunter mentality-someone who thrives on prospecting, cold outreach, and building a book of business from the ground up.
- Must be familiar with direct and programmatic advertising, digital advertising, OOH and DOOH advertising.
- Demonstrated success in securing new business within non-traditional media spaces (experience with ATMs, kiosks, or similar a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience interpreting advertising metrics, analyzing ROI, and delivering performance reports.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising KPIs (e.g., CPM) and campaign financials.

- Ability to thrive in a commission-based or salary plus commission compensation structure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, with a deep understanding of digital advertising, OOH, and retail media networks.
- Experience working with digital and signage-based advertising at high-traffic locations like ATMs.
