The Creative Manager is responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns and collateral for the various internal partners, and working with the Creative Teams to oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, while maintaining quality and brand standards. In this position, the Creative Manager must perform essential job functions and demonstrate the required skills and expertise, with or without accommodations. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of projects and campaigns, creating strong relationships with internal stakeholders/clients, Creative Teams and Corporate. They will collaborate closely with Creative Director, Corporate and Property-Level Marketing Operators, IT, and Compliance and Internal Communications teams on company initiatives. Responsibilities:
- From concept to completion, managing all aspects of the design and production process.
- Collaborating with designers, property marketing stakeholders and other internal clients to ensure alignment with the stakeholder's vision and brand standards.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress and applicable information.
- Work in tandem with Global VP and Creative Director in negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services through vendors and partners when needed.
- Identifying and resolving any problems that arise during production. Must have the ability to make well-researched solutions and suggestions when problems arise.
- Reviewing all materials to ensure they meet the required brand and project standards.
- Creating detailed timelines for each project and managing schedules via company assigned project management system.
- Allocating personnel and materials to ensure efficient production.
- Estimating costs and ensuring projects stay within budget as needed.
- Adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines in tandem with the Compliance arm of the business
- Ensuring that new employees are properly trained on the production process including internal stakeholders.
- Work independently under tight deadline with urgency while juggling multiple tasks.
- Participation in company and departmental meetings.
- Always delivering superior customer services in accordance with company and departmental standards and addresses issues as they arise.
- Ability to be open and flexible to other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Competencies:
- Must have exemplary use of typography.
- Strong project management skills are crucial for planning, organizing, and overseeing advertising campaigns from start to finish.
- A strong understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to ensure high-quality deliverables is essential.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must know how to read, write, and create new specs for digital and print.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of digital signage software is a plus.
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively is crucial
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a State Gaming License as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience in relevant field.
- 5+ years experience managing a creative team.
- 10+ years of graphic design experience preferred, including a portfolio that demonstrates talent and innovative design
- 8+ years of experience working in an agency or in-house creative marketing department, preferred
- The ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals is essential.
- Experience working in Casino Marketing department, preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Mac computers and industry standard software including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and additional Adobe Creative Cloud applications

Target Salary Range:
- $75,000- $80,000 Annual Salary
