Tomorrow.io's Customer Team empowers countries, businesses, and individuals to better manage and prepare for weather-related challenges. We are redefining how organizations interact with weather and climate intelligence - and our customers are at the heart of that journey. We're looking for a Retention & Growth Manager to join our US team. This hybrid role combines customer success expertise with revenue responsibility. You'll serve as the main point of contact for a set of strategic accounts, focusing on delivering long-term value, ensuring retention, and driving account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing position that requires strong relationship skills, a sharp commercial mindset, and an ability to communicate value clearly. You'll work cross-functionally with account management, product, marketing, and enablement teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and directly impact company growth. What You'll Do:
