Summary:

The Associate Experience and Recognition Specialist contributes to the coordination and implementation of Associate experience programs and recognition strategies consistent with CHRISTUS Health's mission, core values, and business strategy. He or she takes a data-driven approach to drive a culture of feedback and recognition to further enhance the Associate experience. He or she manages and analyzes data from a wide range of sources and organizes it in a way that is readily presentable to key stakeholders. He or she collaborates with stakeholders across the organization as needed on initiatives related to Associate experience and recognition programs.

Responsibilities:


  • Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
  • Serve as an internal expert on our Associate experience and recognition programs and assist in coaching leaders and stakeholders on best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining knowledge center resources and training materials for leaders and other program stakeholders.
  • Assist in survey administration of lifecycle and quarterly pulse surveys, as well as ad-hoc programs depending on business needs.
  • Assist the Manager, Associate Experience and Recognition with communication strategies for listening and recognition programs.
  • Monitor trends, analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative Associate experience and recognition data to inform initiatives, maximize impact, and evaluate success.
  • Use data to recommend enhancements to Associate experience and recognition programs consistent with business realities.
  • Creates presentations and other materials for use when presenting engagement survey results or for ministry-specific requests.
  • Handles confidential Associate data with integrity and maintains privacy standards.
  • Assist in the creation of an organizational culture of feedback, appreciation, belonging, high performance, and engagement.
  • Must have strong organization and project management skills.
  • Must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Pursue professional growth and development through personal reading, seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep up to date with the trends in his/her field of expertise.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Manager, Associate Experience and Recognition.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, marketing, or related field required.
  • Master's degree in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, learning and development, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience administering survey programs required.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry or managing multinational programs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of content area including survey design & methodology. Ability to transform theory, methods, and concepts into understandable, tangible designs and measurable results.
  • Experience with survey and recognition platforms. Experience with Glint, Qualtrics, and/or Achievers is ideal.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with leaders at different levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in getting things done through networking and collaboration in a complex, matrixed environment.
