Junior Regional Construction Manager - Pipe Technologies

Underground Solutions, Inc. ("UGS") is looking for a Junior Regional Construction Manager to support our PVC Fusion and Pipe Technologies. The position is based in Florida or within that general area. You MUST reside in that region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent pipeline/rehab construction experience

• 2 to 4 years of field construction experience preferred; technically proficient

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required due to the strong commercial element of the position

• Experience working independently while properly managing a fluid schedule

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams

• Ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and dedication to a team environment

• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time, depending on project location

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to jobsites where UGS Fusible PVC pipe products are being installed and work with the installation contractor to ensure the customer understands the material properties, as well as the proper handling and installation procedures

• Work with the Regional Sales Managers and Engineers to help assess project risk

• Meet with customers to assist with any technical installation questions and challenges

• Review of project plans for constructability
